Harvested a bit later, this Gewurztraminer is very ripe and has a nice sweetness. Great with desert or for aperitif
A wine made of fruit harvested in an over mature state, which lets it express sweet notes of candied fruits with the typical acidity of Riesling.
This generous wine is harvested when the grapes are over matured.
This Pinot Gris is harvested when over-matured. This wine has got the famous Vinolok glass stopper, elegant and reusable.
Wine brings people together and makes epicurean people dream.
It's a product that comes from the earth and that has to be shared at a Michelin star restaurant or on a fun night between friends. Wine is alive and creates a strong and stimulating legacy for those who enjoy it.
We would like to share our passion for wine with humility and good nature in order to demonstrate the magic in our soil and the richness of our history.
Your are our ambassadors of tomorrow.
Thank you
Ludovic & Guillaume HAULLER
Protected by the Vosges mountains which results in one of the lowest rainfall in France (500 to 600 mm of water per year), the vineyard in Alsace benefits from a sunny and warm semi-continental climate. The Famille Hauller vineyards extend over twenty hectares around Dambach-La-Ville, and over seven hectares in Soultzmatt, in the famous Vallée Noble (which stands for “Noble Valley” in English).
As Famille Hauller has always prioritised production control, the wine estate chose in 2016 to expand its vineyards to benefit from Alsatian terroirs.
To take advantage of the purity of the granitic terroirs of Dambach-La-Ville and Blienschwiller, the depth of the clayey soils of Epfig, and the power of the limestone and the sandstone from Soultzmatt.
